Sunday School at St John's
Sunday School runs every Sunday at 10:00 except the first Sunday of the month during the school year.
We welcome all children at our worship and Bible study. Although we do not have a nursery many parents with infants stay with us while their older children attend the school.
10:00 -10:30 AM - Worship ~
The children follow a short service followed by singing with the Sunday School teachers. Their parents are welcome to join us.
10:30 - 11:00 AM - Bible Study in two groups ~
The younger children listen to a Bible story followed by some hands-on activities.
The older children read from the Bible themselves and participate in discussion with their teacher. Parents are warmly encouraged to participate and contribute in the activities of the school.
The School is proud of its Christmas pageant in which both children and parents actively participate.
The School year ends the second Sunday of June with a Spring pageant based on the old testament (Noah's Ark, Jonah and the whale...) and with a picnic with the whole congregation.
